|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept the following cards; Visa, Delta, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Once the goods have been dispatched the order cannot be cancelled without prior agreement with ourselves.
|Shipping And Handling New machines in stock over £100 are dispatched FREE of charge by next day delivery using APC. Please note they do not deliver at the weekend. The cut off time for next day delivery is 12.00 noon. Certain postcodes may take 2-3 days. All other items are sent by the Post Office and are charged as listed. The cost of posting orders from outside the UK will be charged at cost.|
|Delivery Schedule We will send out your order as soon as possible and you should receive it by post in 3 working days. Stock machines are sent next day delivery subject to certain post code areas which might take 2 days. If we are out of stock we will let you know when you can expect your order. International orders should normally be received in under 7 days. We are unable to send machines outside the UK.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges 20% VAT is added to all orders. If you are from any other country and wish to import goods the only way you can re-claim the VAT is to take the items through UK Customs in person. You will then need to declare these goods when you arrive into your country and pay any relevant taxes.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.|
|Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee.|
It is your responsibility to keep the carton and packaging in case it needs to be returned for repair for the duration of the guarantee.
Please read the makers guarantee as under its terms you are responsible for its return to the supplying dealer.

In the event of a fault with your machine, please contact us and we will take steps to rectify the problem.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (where there is no direct contact between the supplier and the consumer e.g. mail / phone / internet order - but not retail sales) consumers may return goods within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Goods returned must be in original packaging, complete, and in a resaleable condition. The cost of returning and appropriately insuring the goods until they are received back by the company must be paid by the consumer.
